Our support packages include third party liaison, meaning we will log hardware fault calls, contact software vendors, internet service providers and other IT companies on your behalf. This also ensures our clients are never caught between external companies refusing to take responsibility for problems or faults.

Furthermore, by proactively analysing your support calls we can, overtime, identify any common trends or particular problems which may be affecting your business, customers or employees and provide recommendations to resolve the issue.
